How green meal is important for daily life-
He told that green meal is always healthy. As he provides us various nutritions and fibre rich diet. He also said that green meal is better than non veg diet as it controls obecity ,mental health and various type of heart diseases.
He told that he would suggest per 100 to 1700 kilo calories for small children everyday fruits, vegetables and healthy drinks.
